The ADA - Attention Deficit Assessment - is a digital product that aims to assess the level of attention, of an employee, in a practical and quick way, before he starts his daily tasks.Our application is shaped by the practicality of the operation, on a daily basis, interposing, between the employee and the beginning of their daily tasks, a tool that will assess their degree of attention, before starting their workday, allowing, proactively, your supervisor can interfere if he is unable to perform his duties.It has already been proven that the reduction in the level of attention of an employee, when driving a vehicle, flying an aircraft, operating a machine or even performing surgery, can cause great material and life losses.The philosophy of the application is quite simple. The application is a playful tool that simulates a game in which the player must follow a numerical sequence, in ascending order, which appears on the screen of the phone or tablet at random.After 10 moves the app is able to establish the average for each player. From the 11th. the player is compared to his own average. This parameter can be changed by the application administrator, in the company.The theoretical basis, of what we propose, is that any situation that will destabilize the employee physically or emotionally, will also impact their response time in relation to their average.When this occurs, the ADA will send an e-mail to the employees supervisor, informing him that the employee XYZ has not reached the required response time and that he should be interviewed.In this situation, the employee who has not reached his / her average, will receive a warning that he / she is not authorized to continue with his daily tasks and that he should contact his supervisor.With this simple procedure, we are giving a chance for someone to enter the circuit and assess the situation, avoiding disastrous consequences.To ensure that the player is the registered employee himself, the application takes three photos, randomly, throughout the play, which are attached to the result of the play, which is duly filed, for later consultation.This application is fully configurable and can be established:• Number of moves to calculate the average;• Number of plays per day;• Type of message to be sent to the employee or the supervisor;On the Web, several graphics about the players performance will be generated.At any time, the user will be able to obtain answers to his doubts, simply by accessing the HELP option.The ADA application was developed to be used via CELL or TABLET.
